主給我第二次生命 - 余妙娉
大家好！我是陳太-余妙娉。很感恩有這麽好的平臺分享我的見證。我們一家人從香港移民到三藩市已經二十六年了。由於女兒在香港已經信主耶穌，我的兩個兒子也跟著信了主耶穌，所以我來到三藩市的改變是不再拜偶像，因爲兒女們都信主了，拜偶像沒意思。由於兒女們在教會的緣故，逢教會有活動都請我參加，而我也漸漸體會到教會是充滿了愛。一直以來兒女們要我信主，但我覺得將休息的時間全放在教會，這個家會沒人理，因此我用很多理由拒絕了他們，但我心中也知教會弟兄姐妹的坦誠與愛，每碰到困難我也常禱告。
2012年4月2日凌晨，我因血糖太低而休克。平常我的丈夫不會騷擾我的，但主出手救了我，使我的丈夫知道我有生命危險，他又急又怕立即叫醒我的小兒子打911搶救。我的女兒和女婿知道後也很著急，全家都出來探望我。當時女兒一家已訂了酒店旅行，爲了我全部取消。大兒子和小兒子媳婦也沒上班，大家都很著急。後來見我沒事了就叫我信主。那一刻我的内心有一種無法形容的感覺，孩子們的愛，深深地感動了我，也衹有主教會他們有那麽深的人情味，也衹有主的大能才能使我從死裏復活，所以我立即禱告信主，他們歡喜若狂。2012年4月2日是我永不能忘記的日子，也是主給我第二次生命的日子，我與我丈夫一起信了主，并在2015年9月6日受了浸。現在我的心很平靜，每天享受主給我的愛。主啊！我愛你！

The Lord Gave Me A Second Life -

Hello everyone, I am Mrs. Chan, Mio Pang Yu. I am very grateful to have such a good platform to share my testimony here. My family has immigrated from Hong Kong to San Francisco for 26 years. Because my daughter has believed in the Lord Jesus since in Hong Kong, and my two sons have also believed in the Lord Jesus, I have no longer worshipped idols since I came to San Francisco. It is meaningless to worship idols for my children all believe in the Lord Jesus. My children go to church, so I have been invited to all the church activities, and I have come to realize the church is full of love. My children had always wanted me to believe in the Lord Jesus, but I thought no one would take care of housework if we all went to church at the same time during weekends; then I refused to believe in Jesus with a lot of excuses even though my heart knew the honesty and love of brothers and sisters from the church. I also prayed when we encountered difficulties.
In the late night of April 2, 2012, I passed out because my blood sugar was too low. Normally my husband would not bother me during sleeping hours, but the Lord helped me at that night and had my husband know my life was in danger. He anxiously woke up my younger son to immediately call 911 for rescue. When my daughter and son-in-law knew that, their whole family came to see me. They also canceled their hotel and family trip because of me. My older son and younger daughter-in-law didn’t go to work since they all worried about me and wanted to stay with me. When they were informed I was fine, they asked me to believe in the Lord Jesus. At that moment, my heart had an unspeakable feeling, and my children’s love deeply moved me. I realized that only God could teach them how to love so deeply, and only God could raise me from the dead. Thus, I prayed to believe in the Lord, and they were all ecstatic. April 2, 2012 was a day I could not forget. It was also a day which God gave me my second life. My husband and I believed in the Lord together at that day, and we were baptized together on September 6, 2015. Now my heart is calm, and I enjoy the Lord’s love everyday. Lord, I love You!
